Good Afternoon Gamers,
Well here is a cool gaming stat for the day. I knew that Call of Duty: Black OPS was going to big game but I never knew how how big. It was released on November 9th 2010 and in the five days of it release the numbers are great.
Infinity Ward has said this game to be its biggest release of any of their games ever. With its unbelievable one-day numbers, its five-day release numbers are staggering. In the five days Call of Duty: Black OPS ranked in $650 Million dollars. That tallies the best sales for any films, games and books.
That has to be great news for Activision, its not even the holiday season so that number im sure will double. I actually hope that the game is under my Christmas tree come Christmas morning. Black OPS is actually been Gamestop's biggest seller since its release. They have also said the it was their biggest title launch in the companies history.
It has done way better than Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2 and it will continue to climb. This has been a great game to be released and so far nothing has come close.
