The solution? To play more Nintendo DS, of course!

Targeted at people who care about their weight and well-being, the game is designed for adults and has been developed in conjunction with a nutritionist!
My Health Coach: Manage your Weight has been billed as a fun, engaging and rewarding method to get a healthier life and better manage your weight!
Features:
Your personal health coach is always available in your pocket and it takes only 10 to 15 minutes of gameplay to complete a daily session.
