WITH news that Australia is now leading the world in obesity (LINK) Ubisoft is encouraging the chubby residents of Oz to look at alternative ways to make a difference to their health.

The solution? To play more Nintendo DS, of course!

Ubisoft's newest DS title, My Health Coach: Manage your Weight, is now available in Australia.

Targeted at people who care about their weight and well-being, the game is designed for adults and has been developed in conjunction with a nutritionist!

My Health Coach: Manage your Weight has been billed as a fun, engaging and rewarding method to get a healthier life and better manage your weight!

Features:

Your personal health coach is always available in your pocket and it takes only 10 to 15 minutes of gameplay to complete a daily session.

The game includes an exclusive pedometer to track and record your daily exercise. Just wear it on your belt or put it in your bag and at the end of the day, slot it into your DS.

You can monitor the evolution of your BMI.
