June 3rd 2009 02:59
Nintendo's E3 press coference may have felt a little lacking due to the lack of new Zelda news, what with the Wii vitality sensor and motion plus product being pushed. However, in a private presentation to developers, Nintendo Mastermind Shigero Miyamoto announced he is working on a new Zelda is coming to Wii!
The game could be out by 2010 according to Miyamoto, but seeing as this is Nintendo, and we still haven't seen the new Wii Pikmin he promised, it could be longer.
The new game will revisit the "mature" look of Twilight princess, and may utilize Wii Motion Plus.
For those of you who where hoping for a cel-shaded adventure, you still have the next DS Zelda to look forward to, another Wind Waker spinoff called "The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks."
