Earlier in the day, Rockstar announced and released (yes, at the same time!) a patch to fix the problem-plagued Playstation 3 GTA IV multiplayer mode.
But does it work?
Gamer Herald put theory into practice this evening and downloaded the fix, which will prevent Gamespy servers from becoming grossly overcrowded.
The download took less than two minutes and installed within seconds. First impressions are positive and it would seem that the crack-team assigned to amend the problems have done their job.
