THE TOP GUN theme is rocking its way to downloadable content servers - free of charge - for Guitar Hero III (GH3) this week.
Activision this week announced that as of 4 July the Grammy award-winning Top Gun Anthem would be available as a freebie for Guitar Hero III fans.
For those of you not in the know, the Top Gun Anthem is the instrumental, guitar-heavy theme was immortalized in the hit film that inspired a generation of young men to awkwardly serenade women at bars, perform perfectly-timed flipside high fives and threaten to buzz the tower.
The song will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, via each console's download service.
